Tuscan cuisine is sober and presents simple flavors prepared with wise mastery.  The simplicity of dishes is linked to local history made of poverty and misery.  Difficult life conditions imposed on the population the use of poor nourishment:  that is why we prefer olive oil to lard and soup to pasta.We arranged special menu suggestions after years of welcoming groups.
