Grappa di Brunello
Grappa of Brunello represents another innovation introduced by the Barbi Farm. In 1970 Giovanni Colombini was the first Italian winemaker to understand the full potential of Grappa and to exalt it like it deserved, he distilled in purity the pomace of his prestigious Brunello. That is how Grappa di Brunello was born, a very soft Grappa, full of aromas, elegant but at the same time very intense.
