Barbi's Grappa is produced from the residue of the wine press of the Rosso di Montalcino, Brusco and Rosso dei Barbi. It is Grappa of Brunello's younger sister; it has a distinct characteristic which links her to the grat tradition of Tuscan Grappa. This particular grappa is a clear distillation,not aged, in which the elegance.
