Our Grappas
Grappas was considered a humble beverage for a long time, suitable to perk up sad spirits or pick oneself up from hard winters days. Only in recent years has it finally been appropriately recognised by the most refined palates, and represents one of the most original product of distilling art. At Barbi we createdin 1969 Italy's first single-varietal grappa, Grappa di Brunello.
