Grappa di Morellino
It is produced from the residue of wine pressing this D.O.C.G. wine, and it is also another result of the company owned by the Barbi in Maremma. The elegance and strong structure of the Morellino can also be felt in this grappa, together with the softness that link them with other kinds of grappa made by the Barbi. One can distinguish it from others due to the extra elegance and to a solar characteristic, which recalls warmth from the lands of Scansano, its birthplace.
