Crappa di Chianti
Montalcino is also a production area for Chianti, and the Barbi Farm has a long standing tradition of over two centuries in its production; it is natural to complete the variety of house grappa with one made of Chianti, a more traditional distillation, austere but at the same time clear in its Tuscan flavor.
