Prosciutto (Ham) Montalcinese
Ingredients: pork meat (leg), salt, pepper, dextrose, saccharose, natural aromas. Processing: the pork leg is trimmed, then it is corned and left with the coarse salt for 15 days. After it is washed under running water and dressed with a mixture of ground pepper and natural aromas. Seasoning: 1 year. Sensory analysis: delicate taste, pleasant fragrance and rosy colour. Size: 7-8 kg. Serving suggestions: excellent as hors-d’oeuvre, served with seasoned cheese.
