Ingredients: pork meat, fat, salt, lactose, dextrose, saccharose, natural aromas, 2 % Brunello di Montalcino wine, spices. Processing: the pork and fat are finely minced, then all the other ingredients are added and wrapped with a synthetic bowel. Seasoning: 15 days. Sensory analysis: elegant taste, vinous fragrance, and garnet red colour. Size: 0,2 kg. Serving suggestions: excellent as hors-d’oeuvre and snack, with fresh Tuscan bread or with “bruschetta” .
