Ingredients: pork meat (head and pigskins), salt, lactose, dextrose, saccharose, natural aromas. Processing: the head is boiled for 4 hours, it is boned and minced, added with the other ingredients and wrapped in a synthetic bowel. Sensory analysis: delicate taste, spicy fragrance.
