Ingredients: pork meat (capocollo), fennel seeds, salt, pepper, lactose, dextrose, saccharose, natural aromas. Processing: the pork meat is pickled with the other ingredients for 4 days, then it is washed under running water and is left to dry for 3 days in a cold store at +3°C, finally it is wrapped in paper. Seasoning: 20 days Sensory analysis: powerful taste and scent of fennel seeds, with a rose colour. Size: min. 1 kg. - max. 1,5 kg.
