Amber yellow color. Delicious on the nose, with a rich, clean and pleasant aromatic baggage with notes of raisins, candied fruit and walnuts followed by a delicate fragrance reminiscent of chestnut honey. Harmonious velvety in the mouth, very balanced with the sweetness and warmth of the alcohol well balanced. Very long and very pleasant finish.

Pairings

At a temperature of 14-15 ° C with cantucci (dry Tuscan biscuits made with almonds) and dry pastries; at 10-12 ° C with aged hard cheeses and liver-based paté.
